Playing around with the Buffy AU setup...

I'm going to be making the Pepper/Rachel 'verse a shared/open Buffy the Vampire Slayer AU and am working on setting up a website/archive for it. The following blurb is just a rough of the 'introduction' page. I still need to clear everything with the sunnyd_survivor mods before anything happens.
