I should not be so amused to reread my older fanfics, I really shouldn't... but I could make really long lists about how not to write fanfic based on these. ^_~ *grin* Ah alt.comics.fan-fiction, how on earth did you put up with me? ^_^;;;;

NOTE: These are writings from 1997, which means they are over a decade old. Thus they lack a certain- hmm, 'polish?', but they are also fond memories of my days on alt.comics.fan-fiction and I wouldn't trade them for the world. ^_^

Cerebro Crashed! (Sung to 'The Monster Mash')


It was a wonderful day in the cold 'puter lab
The Proff was just thinkin' away
Jubes and her Friends
Were up to bad ends
Blowing the Doom guys away

When suddenly out from the banks came a roar
And the mainframe started smokin' away
The X-men all stared
As Cerebro declared
Today looked like a Meltdown day

Cerebro crashed!
(He did the Gigabyte Trash!)
Cerebro crashed!
(It was a One-Time Smash!)
Cerebro crashed!
(Just wasn't up to the Task!)
Cerebro crashed!!
